The Service Busters Provider app is used to track all upcoming and completed orders, as well as visits on a day by day basis. The app is the main source of information for any orders or visits assigned to Service Busters Pros.
The app must be used to reflect what services have been completed in real time. If a Service Busters Pro has serviced a property but have not provided the relevant information in the app, it will be considered incomplete.
Monitoring Visits and Orders
The “Assigned Orders” tab contains all “Active”, “Upcoming”, “Completed”, and “Closed” orders.
The “Schedule” tab will show all scheduled visits. Both lists can be viewed in “Map” mode to help with route planning.
The “Active” order list and “Schedule” must be monitored by the Service Busters Pro. New orders added mid-season will come with a visit scheduled on the order start date.
The Service Busters Pro must create visits for all properties before starting their route.
Use the “batch create” button to create visits for every order type.
Properties are not to be visited without creating a visit in the app.
If there is no snow to be cleared upon arrival the visit still needs to be completed with pictures in the app.
The Service Busters Pro must start the visit upon arrival by uploading “before” pictures to the visit in the app. Upon service completion the visits must be “completed” in the app with “after” pictures.
Visits are audited daily to ensure service delivery, quality, and timing. Proper use of the app (accurate start times and detailed pictures) will reduce re-visits and improve Performance Review results.
Properties are considered unserviced until proven in the app.
Flags are to be used to submit requests for surcharges or to note anything else important about the visit.
Flagged visits must include detailed comments and pictures explaining the situation and what action was taken.
Only fully approved and onboarded Service Busters Pro’s will be able to access the Service Busters Provider App. If your application has not been approved, you will not be sent credentials to access the app.
If you have completed onboarding and are an active provider please complete the app troubleshooting steps.
If you require further assistance please contact the Provider Team for support.
